Evolution:  Hatstand announces key management changes and global growth 

Black bowler hat hanging on a lime green hatstandThis has been a very exciting 12 month period for Hatstand demonstrating further significant revenue growth and international office expansion.  Not only has Hatstand opened two further offices, Dubai in September 2014 and Sydney in May 2015, we have also managed to build upon the previous years’ tremendous 55% growth with more than 40% growth this year.

Following a sustained period of geographic expansion and growth within its client base and services offering, global financial technology consultancy, Hatstand, announces key changes to its Management Team.

Adam Bennett, Hatstand’s CEO since its inception in 1999, becomes Executive Chairman & President. As part of this role and as brand ambassador, Adam will promote Hatstand’s global credentials to clients across all seven regional offices: London (Head Office), New York, Hong Kong, Singapore, Geneva, Dubai and Sydney.  Additionally, he will explore strategic partnerships and ensure the ethos and values of the company are retained.

Brad O’Brien, current Managing Director, moves into the role of CEO. Based in New York, Brad will be focused on delivering Hatstand’s five-year strategy and running all the client facing functions globally.  Roger Bishton will sit alongside Brad O’Brien as COO. Based in London, Roger will head up all the operational functions globally.

Hatstand’s corporate strategy has been further developed and enhanced, with the company’s specialisms re-focused into three core pillars of excellence:

  • Trading Systems and Connectivity
  • Data Management
  • Risk, Compliance and Regulation
