The HGB+ offering was designed to complement our already successful Hatstand Green Beret programme. This 18 month scheme is aimed at IT professionals with over 4 years of relevant IT experience so that they hit the ground running with minimal supervision. Our innovative programme is already being well received by many of our most prominent clients, with solutions custom-made to meet their specific needs.

The programme gives client managers the power to engage IT professionals without the overhead of managing the individual. Hatstand manages the HGB+ consultants' training and development needs, career development, holiday, sickness, salaries and bonuses.
